When and where do your shows take place?

Guildford Card Show (GCS) takes place every month at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel (15269 104 Ave) from 11AM-5PM. Exact dates for each month can be found on the home page, or on our socials.

Is there parking available?

For GCS, there is paid parking available at the hotel. There are free lots available within walking distance to the venue.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

For our paid events, tickets can be purchased in advance online, or at the door.

Do kids need to pay?

All kids aged 10 and under are free to attend.

Will there be any grading on-site?

We currently do not offer any grading services at our events.

Can I leave the event and come back in?

Yes, but if there is a line, you must wait in the line again.

Are food & drinks allowed into the venue?

GCS does not allow outside food or drinks into the event space, due to hotel policy.

Are pets allowed into the venue?

GCS does not allow pets into the event space, due to hotel policy. Service animals are allowed.

How do I become a vendor?

We have an application form to become a vendor for each month. We have a vetting process for each vendor, and as such, tables are not first come, first served.

Can I split a table with another vendor?

Yes, but you must either list all vendor names on your application, or inform us of who you want to split the table with, prior to the event. You may not book tables for other vendors solely under your own name. Failure to abide by this rule may result in suspension from vending at our events.

Can I sell my table if I cannot make it to the event?

No, selling your table is strictly prohibited. If you can no longer attend an event, you must inform us so that we can allocate your table to a vendor on the waitlist. Failure to abide by this rule may result in suspension from vending at our events.
